Mission Statement
The mission of OCTI, Operator Certification Training Institute, Inc. is to offer quality classroom and practical testing on the operation of various types of equipment, including but not limited to Mobile Cranes, Hydraulic Cranes, Overhead Cranes, Overhead Hoists, Backhoes, and Forklifts. This instruction includes explanation of applicable OSHA, ANSI/ASME, CMAA, PCSA and API regulations.

Participation in this program results in competent operators, able to meet employees demands or job requirements in the construction/general industry.
